Mandatory Requirements / Preferences
Bilingual fluency in
Spanish and English
(spoken and written) at a native or near-native level Minimum
6 months of customer service or call center experience , preferably in a voice-support environment Ability to manage
inbound and outbound calls
across multiple queues, including:
Maintenance Resident Services Lead-to-Lease Renewals
Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to:
Show empathy Resolve issues effectively Maintain professionalism during challenging customer interactions
Willingness and ability to work
onsite in Atlanta Flexibility to work shifts between
9:00 AM and 8:00 PM
(two shift options)
Job Responsibilities / Day in the Life
Provide bilingual (English and Spanish) customer support to
FKH residents, applicants, and prospects Handle both inbound and outbound calls while delivering an excellent customer experience Resolve customer inquiries and issues in accordance with company policies and procedures Accurately document interactions and outcomes Contribute to high levels of resident satisfaction and service quality
