Job Details Requirements:
3 or 5+ years of proven experience managing multiple properties and teams (Required) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of property maintenance, marketing, and operations Ability to prioritize across a multi-site portfolio Proficiency in Yardi Voyager Strong understanding of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing
