Our client, an American multi-level marketing company specializing in health, beauty, and home care products, is seeking a Sr. UI/UX Specialist.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity. Could have potential to extend.
This position will be on-site only.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives in ambiguity and turns complex challenges into measurable product outcomes. This role leads end-to-end design for a product or pod, connecting user needs, business strategy, and technical feasibility. You will shape experiences across web and mobile platforms while elevating design standards across the organization.
This is an opportunity to influence product strategy, evolve design systems, and deliver high-impact digital experiences.
What You'll Do
Lead discovery efforts to define user problems and translate insights into actionable product opportunities
Design high-quality, accessible web and mobile experiences that drive engagement and measurable KPIs
Create wireframes, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Evolve and govern design systems including tokens, components, and accessibility patterns
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to refine requirements and navigate constraints
Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and research synthesis
Apply responsible design principles including privacy, security, accessibility, and ethical AI considerations
Mentor designers and elevate team standards through structured critiques and documentation
Job Requirements
What You Bring
6+ years of UI/UX design experience
Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Experience Design, or related field
Strong product thinking with the ability to connect design decisions to business metrics
Advanced Figma expertise including Auto Layout, variables, prototyping, and scalable component systems
Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive user experiences
Ability to articulate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred
Master's degree in related field
User research and usability testing experience
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience contributing to or managing design system component libraries
Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows and prompt engineering
