Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist

Join Our Team as a Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist! We are seeking a dedicated Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse team! In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling and processing orders, managing incoming shipments, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and efficient. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours per week based on an 8-hour daily staggered schedule). Your Responsibilities Will Include: Maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are met. Restocking supplies and placing orders as needed. Pulling and packaging orders, including assembling boxes and bags. Entering purchase order data into our inventory control system. Accepting, verifying, and inspecting all incoming deliveries and shipments. Documenting and returning defective items as per company policy. Labeling and sorting products efficiently for outbound shipping. Keeping the warehouse organized and clean. Addressing and resolving shipping-related complaints, informing supervisors of issues. Assisting walk-in customers with their product needs and order placements. Operating a forklift for product movement and loading/unloading when needed. Driving company vehicles to assist in inventory management occasionally. Performing additional related tasks as assigned. Skills & Abilities Required: Familiarity with inventory control systems. Understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Effective time management abilities. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform various physical activities such as lifting, standing, and carrying for extended periods. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds at a time.
