Order Fulfillment Specialist

About the Role
TriMed is looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer orders from entry through delivery while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a strong customer experience. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Inventory, and Finance teams to keep orders moving smoothly and resolve issues quickly. What You'll Do
Process and manage customer orders with a high level of accuracy
Review orders for completeness, pricing, and product availability
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and issues
Monitor order flow and proactively resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions
Assist with inventory updates, backorders, and stock availability
Partner with Finance on invoicing or payment-related questions
Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar role
Experience working with ERP or order management systems
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Clear and professional communication skills
Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
