Job Description: Account Executive (Institutional Shared Equity Program)

Location: Remote (California-based preferred)

Type: Full-Time | Base + Performance Equity

The Mission CoHome is the premier residential equity platform designed to solve the housing affordability crisis for employees of major "Anchor Institutions." We are currently deploying a $100M Shared Equity Fund to transition workforce professionals from rent-burdened tenants to homeowners. As an early Account Executive, you will lead the rollout of our Shared Equity and Equity Pooling programs for a flagship pilot with a major California workforce system and its institutional lending partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth: Own the full sales cycle for institutional employees—from initial outreach and educational webinars to home closing.

Financial Advisory: Educate sophisticated, high-credit borrowers on the mechanics of Shared Equity.

AI-Integration: Leverage and provide feedback on our proprietary AI Home Search Agent to streamline the co-ownership journey for our clients.

The Ideal Profile

Experience: 3–5 years in high-touch sales (PropTech, Wealth Management, or Private Banking).

Financial Fluency: Ability to explain complex equity-share models and mortgage structures clearly to academic and healthcare professionals.

Mission-Driven: Passionate about closing the wealth gap and creating innovative paths to homeownership.
