We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to lead ground-up industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for managing all on-site field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion
Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily field operations
Maintain project schedule and coordinate with Project Management team
Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
Experience with ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects
Strong background in one or more of the following:
Warehouses / distribution centers
Manufacturing facilities
Cold storage / refrigerated warehouses
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects independently
Experience working for a General Contractor preferred
