Role Description The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, MI. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring occupancy goals are met, and maintaining the physical and financial health of the properties. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance activities, addressing tenant concerns, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and preparing detailed property performance reports.
