Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Portland, OR. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, including tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, and addressing maintenance requests. The role involves supervising property staff, coordinating contractors, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing budgets to ensure profitability. The Property Manager will also ensure properties are maintained at the highest standard while supporting the team's overall operational goals. Qualifications Property management experience, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relationship management Strong organizational and multitasking skills for overseeing maintenance, contractor coordination, and property inspections Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to property management Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational cost management Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Technical proficiency in property management software and tools Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently Knowledge of multifamily property operations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or related field preferred
