Role Description We are seeking a Property Manager for our on-site location in Knoxville, TN. As a Property Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the property to ensure the highest levels of service and satisfaction for residents and team members. Responsibilities include managing property performance, supervising staff, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance, and executing marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. This full-time position requires hands‑on involvement in fostering a positive and productive residential community.
Qualifications
Property management experience, including budget management, financial reporting, and achieving revenue targets
Proficiency in leasing and tenant relations, including addressing resident inquiries and coordinating resolve for issues
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in hiring, training, and supervising staff
Knowledge of property maintenance coordination and vendor management
Familiarity with local housing regulations and compliance standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Professional certifications such as CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) or ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) are a plus
