Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end process including process design, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution. 20-40 hours per week Lead the design and execution of Performance Process, including the Year-End Cycle. This role partners closely with cross functional partners, HR Business Partners, people leaders, and other key stakeholders to define to process, establish timelines and guidance, and develop content. The role is responsible for developing communications, training materials, and supporting resources to enable people leaders to effectively participate in the Year End process. The candidate needs to be detail oriented as they will manage the end-to-end process including process design, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills: - Performance Management, Project management & HR processes. Manage the end-to-end process including process design, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.
