Through face-to-face marketing events, retail campaigns, and promotional activations, our team helps brands generate new customers, increase brand awareness, and expand into new markets. The Marketing Management Trainee role is designed to provide hands-on experience across key areas of the business, including marketing execution, client representation, team leadership, and campaign management. What You’ll Do • Represent nationally recognized brands at marketing events and promotional campaigns • Engage with customers to educate them on products and services • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives • Support campaign management and leadership development • Participate in daily team trainings focused on marketing strategy and leadership growth Career Development at Axis Global Our Management Training Program is built around performance-based advancement and leadership development.
