Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Marketing Associate based in Dallas, TX. The Marketing Associate will support marketing initiatives through the execution of sales campaigns, event marketing, sales alignment, and onboarding new customer accounts. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, assisting with customer outreach, collaborating with sales teams, and working toward KPIs to meet deadlines and goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales teams
An analytical mindset to understand trends and consumer behavior
Experience in Marketing and Sales with knowledge of campaign execution and client engagement
Organizational and time‑management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
Familiarity with the deployment of marketing and sales strategies is a plus
Marketing Associate Responsibilities
Represent nationally recognized brands at live events and promotional campaigns
Engage with customers and explain products or services in a clear, professional manner
Drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness
Work closely with a team to hit daily and weekly performance goals
Learn key business areas: marketing strategy, sales, team leadership, and operations
Participate in ongoing leadership and management training
