We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Associate to join our team in Atlanta. This role supports internal and on-site communication efforts during events and client activations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, coordinating information, and contributing to smooth event operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating on-site communications during events Support event teams by relaying information between staff, supervisors, and vendors Help prepare and organize event materials, schedules, and briefing documents Provide clear and professional communication to guests and team members Assist with registration, check-in, and attendee guidance as needed Follow instructions from communications leads and event supervisors Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable interacting with guests, clients, and team members Able to multitask and remain organized in fast-paced environments Professional attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer
