This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking proven CRE professionals ready to lead a vertical within our division. As a Senior CRE Agent and Team Leader, you'll bring your existing book of business, mentor junior agents, and help shape the strategic direction of your asset class specialty. What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of agents within your specialty vertical
Bring and grow your existing book of business
Develop strategic initiatives for your asset class specialty
Recruit and train new agents for your team
Collaborate with division leadership on growth strategy
Represent NJ Elite Group at industry events and conferences
What We're Looking For
5+ years of commercial real estate experience
Proven track record with existing book of business
Leadership experience or demonstrated mentorship abilities
Strong industry relationships and reputation
Strategic thinking and business development skills

Compensation Enhanced commission splits plus team override. Senior leaders typically earn $200,000-$500,000+ annually based on personal and team production.
