Overview / Job Description A large, well-established commercial real estate organization is seeking a
Property Administrator
to support day‑to‑day operations for a portfolio of commercial properties in Jersey City, NJ. This role will be responsible for tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs), processing invoices, supporting tenants/vendors, and maintaining accurate administrative records. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high administrative volume.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for tenants and vendors
Process invoices, code expenses, and maintain accurate financial records
Support property management team with administrative tasks and documentation
Assist with tenant communication and general inquiries
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Coordinate with vendors, schedule work orders, and help track completion
Provide general office support and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Plusses

and/or
Yardi
Familiarity with
commercial real estate
