Position Overview
As an Associate Relationship Strategist within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Raleigh, NC. You will support client management activities, coordinate with partners, develop and execute relationship management plans, and help proactively source new relationships.
Job Description
Supports client management activities with clients and prospective clients.
Helps coordinate team members and other PNC partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Assists in the development and execution of a relationship management plan.
Determines action plans through thorough discovery of client needs, ensuring a strong client commitment and advocacy.
Supports a book of business; develops strategies for sourcing new relationships, and serves as point of communication with existing clients and prospects.
Manages risk through adherence to AMG policies and procedures; works with risk partners to resolve client concerns.
Maintains timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks, and helps ensure execution of team processes (e.g., pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, relationship reviews).

Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Requirements include:
University or college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience; or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
Knowledge of client relationship management, communication for impact, decision making, influencing, managing multiple priorities, product knowledge, understanding customer needs, and value selling.
Basic financial analysis and credit product knowledge.
