Duties & Responsibilities
Oversees records management programs and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
Develops and implements records management procedures.
Conducts audits and assessments of records systems.
Provides guidance and training on records management practices.
Supports records lifecycle management and disposition processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
Advanced knowledge of records management policies and regulations
Ability to develop and implement programs
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to lead audits and compliance efforts
Training and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Minimum/General Experience
7 years or more of related experience
Minimum Education
BS/BA degree (or equivalent)
