DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiate product price quotations and review product cost sheets

Routinely visit current customers and solicit prospective customers

Determine customer specifications and forward requirements to customer service

Keeping abreast of the manufacturing process capabilities and transportation

Identify new opportunities

Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product line; maintain knowledge of the markets we serve, learn competitive environment; establish strategy to secure competitors’ business in your territory.

Work closely with Client Service support staff, keeping them apprised of customer needs and any deviations.

Work strategically and collaboratively with vendors and core suppliers to develop new business and protect existing.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma OR GED - Required

Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field – Preferred

Minimum of 2 Years Outside Sales Experience preferably in the packaging field

Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Be articulate and proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
