
Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven and organized Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team. This role focuses on managing inbound inquiries, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through project kickoff. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, sales coordination, and working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries, providing product information, quotes, and follow-up
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Generate and manage sales quotes, proposals, and order entry
Coordinate with project management, production, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
Track sales activity, pipeline, and client communications within internal systems
Assist with outbound outreach to support business development efforts and follow up on existing opportunities
Learn product offerings and industry specifics to effectively guide clients through the sales process
Qualifications
Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or a sales support role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry is a plus
