How You’ll Make a Difference As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the steady force behind our equipment sales process. Your organization, communication, and follow‑through will help keep equipment moving, customers informed, and our sales and service teams aligned. You’ll play a key role in turning opportunity into results—smoothly, accurately, and with purpose.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the full equipment lifecycle, including off‑lease processing, wholesale purchases, inspections, repairs, freight, and inventory intake
Partner closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and external vendors to negotiate pricing, track orders, and ensure equipment is make‑ready and delivered on time
Manage documentation, reporting, inventory availability, and communication to keep sales teams informed and ready to serve customers
Process used equipment‑related AP, AR, warranty items, and maintain complete transaction files with photos and records
What You’ll Bring
Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating easily across teams in a fast‑paced environment
Solid decision‑making and organizational skills, with comfort managing multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn systems and processes that support branch operations
