We are seeking a driven and professional Sales Consultant to join our expanding retail based sales team. T his role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long term career in sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership development while working directly with customers in high traffic retail locations.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for executing face to face sales presentations, managing customer relationships, and driving new customer acquisitions through retail promotions. The Sales Consultant will serve as a brand ambassador, representing our client with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute face to face sales presentations in retail stores
Engage with customers to identify needs, provide solutions, and close sales
Drive new customer enrollments and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Deliver detailed product knowledge and promotional offers through effective presentations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and referrals
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions, sales activity, and account updates
Collaborate with team members and leadership on campaign performance and territory management
Represent the brand with professionalism in all retail and event interactions
Participate in ongoing sales training, leadership development, and team meetings
Qualifications:
Strong interest in sales, marketing, customer service, and business development
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced retail and event environment
Self motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
Leadership potential and willingness to grow into management roles
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required
