
Account Executive, Higher Ed

Scholarships360 is hiring an Account Executive to expand our network of partner colleges and universities. In this role, you will build relationships with enrollment leaders and help institutions connect with more than 1.5 million high-intent students on the Scholarships360 platform.
This is a full-cycle sales role. You will generate your own pipeline, run discovery conversations with prospective partners, and manage deals through contract execution.
You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in expanding Scholarships360’s network of partner colleges across the country.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, relationship-building, and building a disciplined sales pipeline in an early-stage environment.
Responsibilities Generate New Partnerships
Identify and prospect colleges and universities looking to improve student recruitment and enrollment outcomes
Build relationships with Vice Presidents of Enrollment, Admissions Directors, and enrollment marketing leaders
Conduct discovery conversations to understand institutional enrollment goals and recruitment challenges
Present Scholarships360’s platform and partnership opportunities
Manage deals from initial outreach through contract execution
Generate new opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, conferences, and networking
Research institutions and identify the right enrollment leaders to engage
Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective partners to support revenue targets
Maintain strong organization across a large pipeline of institutional prospects
Track deal progress, communications, and next steps in CRM to ensure consistent follow-up
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets

Ideal Candidate You may be a strong fit if you:
Have 3–7 years of sales, partnerships, or enrollment experience
Have experience selling to colleges or universities or working in college admissions or enrollment management
Are comfortable generating your own pipeline through outbound outreach
Are skilled at consultative, relationship-driven sales
Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage many conversations across long institutional sales cycles
Are disciplined about follow-up, tracking opportunities, and maintaining CRM hygiene
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
