Who We Are ProNovos is a fast-growing construction intelligence company based in Atlanta, helping contractors unlock working capital and protect profits through financial intelligence and embedded finance products like QuickPay.
Construction is one of the largest industries in the world — yet most contractors are still making critical financial decisions in spreadsheets. We’re changing that. ProNovos gives construction leaders clarity around cash, forecasting, and performance so they can grow proactively instead of reacting too late.
The Role We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive who wants more than just a quota. This is a high-ownership, full-cycle role with direct exposure to leadership and the chance to influence how we sell as we scale.

What You’ll Do
✔ Own the sales cycle end-to-end
✔ Drive new business via a mix of self-sourced + marketing-assisted opportunities
✔ Run strong discovery and deliver value-driven demos
✔ Navigate complex buying groups and sell into the C-suite
✔ Forecast and manage pipeline with discipline in HubSpot
✔ Help shape playbooks, messaging, and scalable sales systems
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in B2B sales (SaaS / FinTech / Construction Tech preferred)
Proven closer with consistent quota attainment
Builder mentality — you want to help create the system, not just operate inside one
