Location: Fully remote. Florida-based candidates are strongly preferred, and candidates with Florida commercial real estate transactional experience will be especially attractive.
Note: Must have 4+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience and the ability to manage transactions from start to finish with little oversight.

Job Description Support commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing and post-closing Draft, review, organize, and manage transaction documents and legal correspondence Assist with lender representation matters and loan documentation Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other deal parties Oversee timelines, deadlines, checklists, and internal tracking systems across active files Assist with title and closing-related matters and help keep transactions moving efficiently Prepare closing binders, signature packets, and post-closing documents Maintain organized client files and ensure a high level of accuracy and detail Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support in a fast-paced transactional practice Help improve systems, workflows, and internal processes as the firm grows
Qualifications 4+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience Strong drafting, organization, and file management skills Ability to manage transactions from start to finish with minimal oversight Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions, closings, and document flow Strong communication skills and professional presence with clients and counterparties Ability to juggle multiple active matters and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a virtual, tech-forward environment Lender representation experience is strongly preferred Florida Registered Paralegal, NALA, NFPA, or similar credential is a plus but not required
