Social Media Marketing Intern

** UNPAID INTERNSHIP FOR SCHOOL CREDIT ONLY ** NOT A REMOTE INTERNSHIP Beauty brand in Torrance, California is seeking a social media enthusiast with a strong and keen knowledge of social media platforms, marketing and publicity strategies. They will assist and support the marketing team with tasks needed to help the brand succeed and maintain a strong online presence. Please note that this is an unpaid internship and only for college credit. Social Media Marketing Intern What You’ll Do: Assist with influencer outreach & researching candidates. Create and manage Pinterest and Linkedin posts, newsletters, website development. Assist with marketing, research and campaigns and execute approved ideas. Record and create video content during photoshoots and events. Create content for Instagram stories (This or That, engaging stories, giveaways). Connect with ambassadors and lash artists to showcase their content and build relationship. Create TikTok videos in accordance with viral trends and brand knowledge. Schedule approved content on Later. Pitch ideas for product photoshoots& assist in photoshoots. Requirements: NOT A REMOTE INTERNSHIP Experience with writing, copyediting and content creation. Must be available at least 2 days during the week (Monday-Friday; 9am-3:30pm) Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Must be eligible for school credit and able to provide course credit documentation upon request. Must be a junior or senior. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva is preferred not required. Knowledge of the beauty industry is preferred but not required.
