Assistant Property Manager

What We Offer
Competitive pay - $18.00 to $12.00 per hour + commissions
Up to $100 per lease (100% of renewal leases)
Annual performance reviews with the opportunity for raises

What You’ll Do
Support the Property Manager with day‑to‑day operations
Help maximize lease renewals (earn commission!)
Build and maintain strong resident relationships
Show and lease apartments when needed (earn commission!)
Ensure marketing efforts are up‑to‑date and effective
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in multifamily housing preferred
Strong computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication
A knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts
