Role Description This full‑time, on‑site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL requires a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Responsibilities include guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process, conducting property showings, developing marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about market trends. Agents will also build and maintain client relationships while leveraging the ONE Sotheby’s International Realty global network to deliver standard‑setting service.
Qualifications
Expertise in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
Knowledge of luxury real estate markets and trends, particularly in South Florida
Proficiency in marketing and technology, including CRM tools, social media, and digital platforms
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
Florida Real Estate license (required)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience with high‑value transactions and exclusive property portfolios is a plus
