Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a seasoned Regional Marketing & Agent Experience Coordinator to support two flagship Westchester brokerages—Irvington and Bronxville—while remaining flexible to assist additional offices throughout the county as needed. With 30 offices and more than 1,100 sales associates across New York, Connecticut, and the Berkshires, MA, William Pitt – Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty is a top-ranked real estate firm nationally, known for exceptional marketing, brand integrity, and agent support. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone with real estate marketing experience who understands both the pace of a brokerage and the importance of elevated, on‑brand design. About the Role The Regional Marketing & Agent Experience Coordinator works closely with local brokerage leadership and collaborates daily with the Corporate Marketing team. This role is central to delivering polished marketing materials, supporting agents with confidence, and ensuring a consistent, best-in-class brand experience across offices. You’ll be trusted to manage multiple priorities, move quickly, and bring strong design judgment to everything you touch. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Advertising Plan, execute, and manage office‑level advertising initiatives Coordinate local marketing efforts in alignment with company‑wide strategy Agent Support & Experience Serve as the primary marketing liaison between agents, brokerage leadership, and Corporate Marketing Guide agents through marketing requests with clarity, professionalism, and efficiency Design & Creative Execution Design beautiful, on‑brand marketing materials including listing presentations, print collateral, and digital assets Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards and visual guidelines Social Media Manage and maintain office‑level Facebook and Instagram accounts Support content coordination and posting aligned with brand voice and strategy Copy & Content Review and edit listing descriptions and marketing copy for clarity, tone, and accuracy Proofread all materials prior to release Email Marketing Customize and edit email templates within established marketing platforms General Support Provide ad‑hoc marketing and administrative support to brokerage managers as needed Qualifications 4‑5+ years of real estate marketing experience required Strong understanding of real estate listings, agents’ needs, and brokerage operations Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on design experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Confident communicator with a professional, service‑oriented mindset Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone who: Knows real estate marketing inside and out Has strong visual taste and brand awareness Enjoys supporting agents while maintaining standards Thrives in a busy brokerage environment Takes pride in being reliable, polished, and solutions‑oriented A portfolio link must be included in your resume for your application to be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
