Asset Management Analyst

Our client, a multi-billion-dollar asset management firm, is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join the team in either New York City or San Francisco. This role will focus on financial modeling and analysis, strategic asset reviews, investment valuations, and supporting new business initiatives. The firm is targeting candidates with 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, with strong financial modeling capabilities. A solid understanding of IRR, NPV, and related valuation metrics is required, along with a strong academic background. The team operates on a hybrid schedule, with four days in-office and one day remote. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
