Description The E-Commerce Sales Supervisor is responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s online thrift store and Shopify account with current customers as well as generating new customers to increase online sales. They must be able to analyze data and metrics to inform management of product and sales trends, making recommendations for product and pricing changes based on their findings.

They must be able to analyze data and metrics to inform management of product and sales trends, making recommendations for product and pricing changes based on their findings.

Responsibilities

Maintain company’s online thrift store and Shopify account

Generate and review data and metric to see trends and make recommendations

Manage processing merchandise through Shopify to maintain correct inventory

Manage execution of online orders; fulfillment, packing and shipping

Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous and effective service

Must be able to achieve monthly sales goals

Technology expert, warehouse management systems and analytics

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years of e-commerce experience in a creative, fast-paced environment

Working knowledge with e-commerce applications including ShopifyAbility to identify design needs to help continuously elevate the quality of the online store

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

Up-to-date with the latest online sales practices and prices

Strong time management and project management skills

Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges

Must be able to lift/carry equipment up to 25 lbs.
