About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to management, helping ensure schedules, communications, and tasks run efficiently. This position is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for management
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives
Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
Run occasional errands and support personal tasks as needed
Maintain organized records, files, and important documents
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
