Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer, based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. While primarily working from our office, there is flexibility for remote work as needed. The Loan Officer will focus on assisting clients with their mortgage lending needs, managing relationships with borrowers, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. They will provide exceptional customer service to guide clients throughout the mortgage process, from application to loan closing.
Qualifications
Experience as a Loan Officer and strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and familiarity with Underwriting guidelines
Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain trusted client relationships
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams effectively
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Active NMLS license or eligibility to obtain one
