Superintendent
to lead complex projects from mobilisation through turnover. This is a

What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day field operations on
ground-up construction projects
Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
Enforce quality, safety, and production standards
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners’ reps
Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and look-ahead schedules
Drive projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations

What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects
Strong background with structural concrete, steel, and building envelope
Proven leadership of subcontractors and field teams
Ability to run projects independently from start to finish
