We're looking for an experienced commercial lines account manager to own our agency-billed book of business. This isn't a service desk - it's a hands-on role managing the full agency bill lifecycle: invoicing, premium finance coordination, carrier payments, endorsements, renewals, and remarketing.

This role has a direct path to department leadership. The right person has the opportunity to grow into managing the entire commercial lines operation.

Your time stays client-facing. We've built a dedicated backend support team that handles policy entry into Applied Epic, certificate processing, and administrative workflows. You're not buried in data entry - you're focused on client relationships, coverage strategy, and growing your book. We also invest in modern tools: Applied Epic, AI-powered workflows, and a tech stack designed to make your day easier, not harder.

What You'll Do

Service and retain an agency-billed commercial lines book Manage endorsements, renewals, and remarketing across 20+ carrier partners Coordinate with premium finance and carriers on invoicing and payments Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell to round out accounts Work within Applied Epic to manage policies and workflows

What We're Looking For

Active California P&C license (required) Commercial lines account management experience Strong communication skills - written and verbal Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable owning your book Nice to Have: Applied Epic experience, CISR or CIC designation
