Remote Position Overview
We are seeking a Global IT Asset Analyst to step in immediately and support global hardware asset management operations, including asset activities related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This role is hands-on and requires experience managing the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets, with a strong emphasis on international shipping, sourcing, and customs processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working independently while partnering with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate asset tracking, supporting M&A-related asset integration and reconciliation, improving processes, resolving data/system issues, and supporting global hardware logistics. Must-Have Requirements
Ability to step in immediately and operate with minimal ramp-up 5+ years of IT asset management experience, with hands-on ownership of hardware lifecycle activities Strong experience with global asset management, including international shipping and customs requirements Proven knowledge of international sourcing and logistics Comfortable running project meetings and coordinating across teams Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to analyze data and fix issues Ability to read, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs or system/process issues Strong proficiency with Excel spreadsheets Professional communication skills; highly organized and attentive to detail Preferred Qualifications
Experience with JAMF, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager Experience with other MDM platforms (a plus) Workday experience Experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities, including asset integration, tracking, and process alignment Asset management – APAC region The projected hourly range for this position is $45 to $60.
