Position Overview A growing

technology and engineering staffing firm

in Austin is expanding its sales team and seeking motivated

Account Executives

to drive new business development and client growth.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited about building new client relationships from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Drive

full-cycle sales , from prospecting to closing new business

Identify and target small to mid-sized companies for new client acquisition

Conduct cold outreach, including calls, emails, and networking

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Identify hiring needs and present staffing solutions to clients

Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver top talent

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Expand existing accounts while continuously developing new business opportunities

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in

staffing, recruiting, or business development

Experience in

new business development

(not just account management)

Proven ability to cold call and break into new accounts

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently

Comfortable working in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment

Preferred Background

IT staffing or technology sales experience

Experience working with small to mid-sized business clients

Background in managed services or related industries
