Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist executes and optimizes integrated marketing initiatives using AI-enabled tools and data-driven methodologies. This role translates strategic objectives into high-performing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, leveraging artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, enhance audience targeting, and increase content effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: AI Strategy and Development: Use generative AI tools to accelerate development of marketing content (blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, social media, thought leadership), ensuring brand alignment and editorial quality. Apply prompt engineering best practices to produce structured, audience-specific messaging outputs. Edit and validate AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, compliance, and differentiation. Leverage AI tools for SEO/GEO optimization, keyword clustering, content gap analysis, and competitive benchmarking. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging AI-driven audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and automated personalization tools. Utilize AI marketing platforms to optimize subject lines, ad copy, landing pages, and calls to action based on performance data. Campaign and Digital Marketing Management and Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, print, and events) aligned with overall brand awareness and lead generation strategies. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget execution. Develop and edit marketing content including blog posts, email campaigns, website copy, case studies, and promotional materials, ensuring message consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into market-facing content. Manage and update website content. Execute email marketing campaigns and maintain segmentation lists. Execute social media content scheduling and engagement monitoring. SEO optimization and keyword implementation. Support the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and industry events, coordinating promotional materials and post-event follow-up campaigns. Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance and engagement KPIs. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Proofread marketing content for accuracy, clarity, and brand compliance. Brand and Collateral Management: Liaison with graphic designers and external vendors, including printers, photographers, and digital service providers. Maintain familiarity with RTM's marketing resource library and direct team members to appropriate materials as needed. Assist with the creation and execution of marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms. Provide backup support to other marketing team members and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 3-5 years of experience (preferably in the AEC industry within a marketing role). Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into integrated marketing campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator. Experience or familiarity working within a virtual team. Technical Expertise: AI & Automation Tools Applied experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or equivalent). Experience with AI-powered marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot). Familiarity with predictive analytics, AI-based segmentation, and intelligent lead scoring. Digital & Analytics Platforms: Google Analytics (GA4) and AI-enabled reporting tools. CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. SEO/GEO and keyword research tools with AI functionality. Technical Capabilities: Data interpretation and performance analysis. Prompt engineering for structured content output. Workflow automation and campaign logic configuration. Strong Excel/data manipulation skills; familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
