Digital Brand Manager
in a Hybrid / Community-Based location. Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission (20% Month 1 / 10% Monthly Residual).

The North Star Growth & Advocacy
As a Digital Brand Manager, you aren’t just selling ads—you are building a portfolio of business partners. You are responsible for identifying businesses that need our help (Web, SEO, Google Ads) and leading them from a first Hello to a signed proposal and a successful launch.
The Walter814 Income Engine We don’t just offer a paycheck; we offer the ability to build a long-term income stream. This role is designed for someone who wants to build a book of business and be rewarded for the lifetime value of those relationships.
Commission Structure
The Launch (Month 1):
You earn
20%
of the first month’s revenue for every new client you bring in.
The Residual (Month 2+):
As long as you are an active member of the Walter814 team, you earn a
10% monthly residual
for every client in your portfolio.
Partnership Terms (Ownership)
Active Advocacy:
The 10% residual is a "management and relationship" fee. It is paid to you as the active Brand Manager maintaining that client’s happiness and growth within our agency.
Client Ownership:
All clients, contracts, and associated data are the sole property of Walter814.
Vesting & Departure:
The "Monthly Residual" refers to the lifetime of the client’s contract with Walter814 while you are an active employee. If you move on from Walter814, the clients and the recurring commission remain with the agency.
What You’ll Be Doing
The "First Handshake":
You’ll be the face of Walter814 in the community. Whether it’s at a Chamber of Commerce event, a BNI meeting, or visiting local businesses, you start the conversation.
Digital Outreach:
You’ll leverage LinkedIn and other digital channels to run smart, personalized messaging campaigns to reach decision-makers.
The Funnel Master:
You’ll follow the established Walter814 sales chain—taking prospects from initial interest to deep-dive meetings.
The Architect of Agreements:
You’ll collaborate with Campaign Managers and Market Analysts to craft winning proposals and work agreements that solve client problems.
Transparent Consulting:
You will use a transparent Pick Your Plan approach to help business owners identify which plan fits their current stage and outline the roadmap for scaling campaigns as ROI grows.
