Beacon Hill's client is seeking a temporary‑to‑permanent Associate Attorney with 3‑5 years of experience to support their team in commercial lending matters.

Licensed in NJ or PA Hours 8:30‑5:00 On site in Haddonfield, NJ Associate Attorney Responsibilities
Consult clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case. Conduct research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts to decide on a modus operandi. Draft legal texts, including reports, contracts, and appeals. Represent clients at meetings, hearings, and trials. Advocate for acquittal or clemency in each case. Inform line manager about salient developments in each case. Ensure that data obtained during interactions with clients remains confidential and is stored securely. Report hours spent on each assignment. Remain abreast of changes to legislation. Associate Attorney Qualifications
Commercial lending experience is required. Accredited Law degree. Licensed to practice law in NJ or PA. Proven experience practicing as an Attorney within your chosen specialty. Familiarity with legislation and case law within and related to your specialty. Intermediate accounting skills. Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Perceptive and meticulous, with a thorough understanding of human behavior. Capacity to regulate and perform under stress. Knowledge in Center base and Net Documents is a plus but not required.
