In this role, you will orchestrate alignment among Marketing, Supply Chain, SFDC, Finance, and Data, ensuring our strategies are not just built but fully executable, scalable and future‑ready.

How You'll Create Impact You Will Be The Backbone Of Operational Excellence Across Product Lifecycles, Commercial Initiatives, And Campaign Execution. Your Impact Will Show Up Through

Pricing governance leadership - ensuring rigor, consistency, and alignment across Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Operational compliance stewardship, covering regulatory, clinical and data‑governance requirements (e.g., GDPR, DCB0129).

Supply and long‑range planning ownership, anticipating risks and aligning cross-functional priorities.

Demand allocation management, balancing supply constraints, customer needs and strategic priorities through data‑driven models.

Lifecycle management oversight, ensuring readiness for launches, upgrades, transitions and phase‑outs.

Last‑time‑build coordination, minimizing disruption and improving clarity across Supply Chain, Quality, Sales and Marketing.

Campaign operationalization, validating feasibility and regional availability before market activation.

Predictive analytics delivery, providing dashboards, insights and forecasting models to strengthen business readiness and decision accuracy.

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI platforms and CRM/ERP systems (including SFDC).

A structured, proactive and detail‑oriented approach that accelerates high‑quality decisions.

Your Background To Thrive, You Will Bring

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field.

Experience in Marketing Operations, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning or Product Lifecycle Management.

Familiarity with pricing governance, NPI processes, allocation models, and forecasting tools.

Experience in medical devices, healthcare or other regulated industries is highly advantageous.

Physical Requirements Travel Expectations Minimal / As needed for critical business activities.
