Role Description This is a full-time, On-site/Outside Sales role for a Business Development Representative, located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Representative will focus on generating new business leads, building client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and managing the sales process. This role includes working collaboratively with the team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals, providing excellent communication and maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, and staying informed about the company’s service offerings.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Outside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
Experience in the restoration or property services industry is a plus.
Knowledge of the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area market is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
