Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
QA
with strong expertise in
Salesforce functional testing
,
Playwright-based automation
, and leadership capabilities to manage QA activities across multiple releases. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality delivery through robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and effective stakeholder communication. Required Skills & Experience: Technical Skills Strong knowledge of
Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects). Hands-on experience with
Playwright for web automation. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). QA Expertise Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience in test strategy, planning, and execution for complex enterprise applications. Leadership & Communication Ability to lead QA efforts across distributed teams. Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certification (Admin or QA-related). Experience in other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration testing.
