Generate new leads through direct customer engagement and relationship building Support sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention Participate in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaign strategies Review sales activity, performance metrics, and prospects with management Assist with daily sales operations and campaign execution Support client initiatives to maximize campaign performance and ROI Handle customer inquiries and assist with basic troubleshooting What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of customer service, sales, or related experience preferred (not required) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn Professional problem‑solving and customer service skills Self‑motivated while contributing to a team‑based culture Organized, dependable, and goal‑oriented Growth & Development
