Intern | Field Marketing

The Marketing Intern will support Epicor’s Demand Generation and Field Marketing team in driving pipeline growth, campaign execution, and sales alignment. This role provides hands‑on experience across competitive intelligence, CRM data management, reporting, and sales enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing integrated (omnichannel) marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Support air‑cover and ground‑cover campaign initiatives in partnership with field marketing and sales.

Help track campaign performance and prepare reporting to measure effectiveness.

Conduct research on ERP software competitors.

Support analysis of market positioning, messaging, and campaign tactics.

Develop and maintain competitive battlecards and internal briefs.

Assist with Salesforce (SFDC) data hygiene and list clean‑up initiatives.

Support campaign list segmentation and data validation.

Help ensure marketing data accuracy to improve campaign targeting and reporting.

Support development and organization of sales enablement materials.

Assist in responding to sales requests for campaign information and performance insights.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Demonstrated interest in B2B marketing, technology, or SaaS.

Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or marketing automation tools is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Compensation Range: Minimum $35,000 USD – Maximum $52,000 USD. The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
