Our client seeks a Lead Designer to drive global digital growth marketing through scalable design systems. The role blends hands‑on production design with system governance across brands and channels. The designer will convert Adobe templates to Figma components, maintain cross‑brand consistency, and support high‑volume campaign delivery with precision. The work will collaborate across creative, production, and channel teams to optimize reusable assets and workflows.

Rate: $53.00 to $63.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
Build, document, maintain, and manage a global cross‑brand design system in Figma including components, templates, and guidelines.
Convert Adobe Creative Cloud design templates into flexible, scalable component‑based Figma templates for global campaign delivery.
Ensure template and brand consistency across Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, dynamic creative optimization platforms, and brand endpoints.
Support versioning, localization, and adaptation of assets for global campaigns.
Deliver pixel‑perfect template designs with strong typographic hierarchy, layout design, brand integrity, and logical component usage.
Update templates based on QA/QC results, platform feedback, and strategic direction.
Partner with creative leadership, designers, producers, project managers, and channel owners to keep template libraries current and accurate.
Play a key role in integrating new workflows and supporting operational transitions as the team scales.
Experience Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in digital design or marketing design.
Expert‑level proficiency in Figma including component libraries, variants, auto layout, and template governance.
Expert‑level Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
Proven experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable template libraries.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design and system‑level thinking.
Mastery of digital creative delivery including export settings, color profiles (sRGB/CMYK), DPI, bleed, compression, and responsive considerations.
Strong understanding of file formats and their appropriate usage.
Strong time management with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Experience in media, entertainment, film, or television marketing (preferred).
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, email builders such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Litmus, and ad platforms such as Google Ads or Meta (preferred).
Familiarity with motion design using After Effects and automation tools for batch exports (preferred).
Passion for team culture and innovation in design workflows (preferred).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
