Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Campaign Manager to lead and optimize high-budget, multi-channel digital campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion performance. This role requires a hands‑on performance marketer who can manage full‑funnel campaigns, drive measurable ROI, and continuously improve campaign efficiency through data‑driven strategies.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience across paid social, search, and native platforms, with a proven ability to manage significant monthly budgets, execute testing strategies, and scale campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across platforms, exposure/experience is all Social media/ Social media adds/Adds Campaign/ Social media marketing etc
Develop and implement performance-driven strategies focused on lead generation, conversion optimization, and direct response funnels
Manage and scale monthly budgets of $50K+ with strong focus on pacing, forecasting, and ROI optimization
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and lead quality
Execute A/B testing across creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations
Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights and performance reports to stakeholders
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop and scale high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
Identify new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and campaign structures
Qualifications
3–7+ years of hands‑on experience in paid media or performance marketing
Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K or more
Strong expertise across paid social, paid search, and native advertising platforms
Demonstrated success in lead generation, conversion optimization, and direct response marketing
Hands‑on experience with GA4, GTM, and campaign tracking/attribution tools
Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred:
Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or political campaigns
Familiarity with subscription funnels, CRO strategies, and landing page optimization
