Job description Paid Campaign Manager Overview We are seeking a results-driven
Paid Campaign Manager
to lead and optimize high-budget digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion performance. This role requires hands‑on expertise across multiple paid media platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving ROI through strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms including
Social Media Platforms
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, paid conversions, and direct response funnels
Oversee and manage large monthly budgets ($50K+), ensuring effective pacing, forecasting, and ROI optimization
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and lead quality
Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance
Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution using tools such as GA4, GTM, and CRM systems
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders
Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad assets
Identify and scale new growth opportunities across platforms, audiences, and campaign strategies
Required Qualifications
3-7+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital marketing
Proven experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $50K or more
Strong hands‑on experience across paid social, paid search, native advertising, and programmatic channels
Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion optimization campaigns
Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and campaign tracking/attribution tools
Strong analytical mindset with experience in testing, optimization, and performance measurement
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
