Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Roofing Contractor/Project Manager based in Columbia, SC, with the option for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include assessing and repairing roofs, installing insulation and waterproofing materials, and performing tasks at height to ensure high-quality roofing work. The role involves working on both residential and commercial properties to support clients' needs efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sales, working at heights, and operating necessary safety equipment (provided)
Experience with carpentry for roof structures and roofing products
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Prior experience in residential or commercial roofing is an asset but not required
Physical capability to perform demanding tasks and work in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (spanish) canidates are encouraged to apply but not required
