Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Roofing Contractor located in Columbia, SC. Responsibilities include Inspecting, managing installs, repairing, and maintaining roofs for both residential and commercial properties. Tasks will involve assessing roof damage, performing waterproofing measures, applying insulation, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Working at height and handling various materials like shingles, tiles, and wood will be a key part of the role. Collaboration with a team and adherence to scheduling and project deadlines are essential to success in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Roofing and Waterproofing techniques Carpentry and Insulation expertise Ability to work at height safely with proper safety practices and equipment (provided) Experience with residential and commercial roofing projects Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of safety regulations and protocols Punctuality, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to job sites as needed
